This document is attended for the JDE CNC who will be installing or upgrade the JD Edwards EnetrpriseOne tools release. The knowledge included in this document is meant for users that a basic level understanding of the tools release upgrade process.
This documentation will cover the information about the EnterpriseOne tools release upgrade process and also provide some information to help customers understand the impact of the tools release upgrade process on the business. Oracle publishes roadmap for JD Edwards applications.

Thanks to announcement of the roadmap, Oracle JD Edwards users can find out what are the plans for the publication of new versions of the system. Previously, the roadmap Oracle JD Edwards presented the plans for 2021, now the period has been extended until 2024! Again, Oracle has given a clear signal that they will continue to invest in product line, Oracle JD Edwards. It also means that Oracle provides for the continuation of support till 2032.
