SOLUTION COMPONENTS:
- Production Order Tracing application for setting, controlling and editing the sequence of manufacturing orders execution. This application will clearly show online execution progress for specific production order operations. It can also be used to respond to delays, accelerated operations, collisions of orders, equipment failures, etc.
- Batch Application for creating proposals for moving components to specific departments/manufacturing machines, according to actual demand based on production progress, balances, movements, and production location capacity Movement proposals are optimized in terms of supplying locations through implementation of pick-up rules
- Utility for tracing and editing movement proposals to supply production orders, and reject orders
- Utility on a mobile terminal for online handling of a movement tasks/proposals
- Utility for recording completed production from a terminal, stand, or direct data import from production machine
- Utility for recording component usage via a terminal, stand, or usage according to preset rules, such as FIFO
- Utility for detailed processing of recorded production into accumulated production/storage transactions in JD Edwards. Usage mode and frequency is fully configurable.
