Business process models developed by Oracle cover all areas of implementation of JD Edwards. These include Financial Management, Sales, Production, Asset Management, and Customer Service Management.

Published models are used primarily to understand the flow of information and user roles in the standard implementation of JD Edwards. The models are editable, so processes can be adapted to the needs of their own business while leveraging best practices.

Processes are available in Microsoft Visio files and PDF. It can be downloaded from the Oracle (available for registered users).
